This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 9th addressed to H.H. the Dalai Lama regarding a proposed seminar which was brought to His notice.

I have been instructed to inform you that H.H. feels it is best if you first discuss the details of this proposed seminar with Professor Samdhong Rinpoche, Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament and Kalon Tashi Wangdi, the Foreign Minister. You can then decide together when you feel His Holiness' participation is needed.

Regarding proposed dates of the seminar, I am to inform you that April or May is not a suitable time.

Finally, I have bee instructed to thank you and the Transnational Radical Party for your continued support both to our people and our struggle.
