Dear Chundtak,

I just received a draft resolution on Tibet tabled by your friend Colajanni in the name of the Socialist group which could be approved during the next session of the European Parliament (March 10 - March 15) in Strasbourg.

No member of the intergroup of Tibet was informed about this initiative. As far as I'm concerned, I'm not suprised about this initiative, but have nevertheless great "doubts" both about the text and the timing. For that reason I would be very pleased to know if this initiative is connected with a more general initiative of the Tibetan government in exile.
