To Whom it May Concern

I am a sixteen year old student from Massachusetts who has been working on raising awareness of the Tibetan issue in my city. I have asked my city council to fly the TIbetan flag on March 10, like your leader requested to be done in Europe last year. I have three questions.

1. Is their a flag-flying initiative going on this year, or am I alone in the world?

2. Are you upset that I am doing what you did last year? In my letters to the city council I have stated tht the campaign of flag-flying last year was the TRP's doing.

3. Is there anything else that I should do in coincidence with the flag-flying?
