Mr Chairman, dear Rinpoché,

I have been informed that due to the preparation of the next session of the Tibetan Parliament in exile, you will not be able to participate in the demonstrations of March 9 and 10 in Geneva.

I'm very sorry to hear this, also because I would have liked to take that opportunity to further discuss the Satyagraha project with you.

I hope we will soon have an other opportunity to meet in India or Europe.
