Dear Mr. Olivier Dupuis

Thank you very much for your kind fax dated 17th March '97 and 20th Marc '97 along with the text of your speech at the Geneva demonstration. I am glad to received them.

I am very much interested in your proposal of organizing a private seminar on Satyagraha movement. But I am still not sure the possibilities of personal participation of His Holiness. However, I am discussing the matter with private secretary and with other concern people. I will get back to you in near future. I am sure you that you will attend the Third World Parliamentarian Convention on Tibet at Washington D.C. on 23 & 24th April '97. We will meet there and shall discuss all the matter in person.
