I perfectly understand that being some 4,000 km far from Rome it is difficult to claim on participating of the reunions of the "ruling group". Nevertheless I (and other Radical people here) sincerely would like to participate in party's life and decision making process.

We have no way to take part in decision making process within the party. It seems to us sometimes that the big work we do here and which is highly appreciated _in_ Russia, is not necessary to anybody _out_ of Russia among Radicals. Sometimes we cannot even know where hell are the new members we send to Rome by Agora.

Several days ago Massimo Lensi called me to say that the party has no money and there is "a project of re-structuring" of the party, and what am I thinking about the possible closing of the offices in Kiev and Baku? I don't think that re-structuring means only closing some offices. But I don't have any other information. And I am afraid that I would not have it, even if a reunion which is the matter of Paolino's intervention will be held soon.

We have some ideas about the party, we want to be heard and we want to act.

We would like to participate too.

It's evident that air tickets Moscow - Rome cost. But let's use at least Agora, let's use Conference named "Segreteria PR".
