Dear Sandro,
We feel honored to have been included in the Italian Radical Party's WWW Links.
If I may make a suggestion, the link for "FLORIDA COALITION FOR PEACE AND
JUSTICE (FCPJ) - Act as leader in an international effort to keep space free
of weapons..." should go to www.afn.org/~fcpj/space/
This would be more "friendly" - it would take the reader directly to the
"Space Concerns" and avoid the reader having to wade from "/~fcpj/" to
"/~fcpj/space/"
Again Grazie tanto. The issue of atomic matter and weapons in space is a
critical one of our time.
I wonder if you are aware that the instrument panel aboard the Cassini probe
was designed in Italy and is fuelled by 72 pounds of plutonium!!? Launch
date is just a few months away. (See www.afn.org/~fcpj/space/casssini/)
We have been very surprised how silent this issue has been in Italy . . .
The interesting thing is that the European Space Agency has given
indications that there indeed ARE alternative power sources available to
fuel the 700 Watt (approx) instrument panel.
In peace
Joe (Peppe, Webmaster for FCPJ)
