To Whom It May Concern:

Last week I heard the CEO of McCraw publishing Co. speaking on C-SPAN, talking about how China is using the "The Intellectual Copyright Treaty" to gain entrance into the World Trade Organization. If they have not already been admitted then why can't the US and the other members use this as leverage to gain freedom for Tibet and democracy for the people of China! Money motivates when nothing else will!
