I have read with big interest the Alberto's intervention on Tesoro/CRP/Telnet problem. Unfortunately, this matter presents for us only an academic interest.

As probably some of you know, we in Moscow "periphery" are in a little bit different situation. I say periphery in quotation marks, because unlike real peripheries we have:

- no Tesoro;

- no real connection with Tesseramento;

- no good possibility even to connect with Agora (Sprint during last year doesn't work good enough and even to download files we are forced to use only ASCII protocol!).

Therefore, we only can send new members (and only members! because since 1993 it was decided not to send corrections and new addresses in order not to overload Tesseramento), new members which appear in Tesseramento some weeks or even months later after sending.

So, this situation is little bit frustrating for us.

I would like to know if there are some plans to change the situation here?
