as I now you have in Moscow a connection to the Internet. Why you don't use that to get Agora via Telnet. I use this way form months and I left any other net like sprint, etc. You just need to set your communication program (better Netterm than Procomm) with the string - telnet agora.stm.it - and you will find a line cheaper and good.
