One year ago this April 19 the FREE CUBA Foundation formed and began advertising a lecture series named after Thomas P. Ray, an American aviator who defied orders to save the lives of Cuban freedom fighters, who was captured and executed by Castroite forces. Today, we send you this e-mail because 2 universities have contacted us and wish to hear the Exile's side of the story. We don't need to tell you that the pro-Castro side has and continues to travel throughout the country spreading their version of events. We believe that your participation in this project would serve to begin to tilt the balance on the side of truth. What are we asking from you? A brief biography. What your expenses would to lecture at a university? A mailing address and phone number that we can pass along to interested parties to contact you.Cordially, Thomas P. Ray Lecture Series Here are the 2 requests we have received. They are both urgent.

I am writing to find out if the Free Cuba Foundation has any members in the Midwest that are able to come speak on the subject of Cuba, talking about the communist revolution, up to today concerning the Party Congress in October and the recent bombings and the effects, if any, of those bombings on the Party Congress. I am the student intern for Illinois State University's Global Review. Global Review is a weekly forum for the discussion of world events, trying to bring topics that might now be covered in mainstream media to light. If you can help in any way I would appreciate it.
