To whom it may concern: This mail is from Green Party Taiwan. We plan to hold an one-thousand-mile march next year in Taiwan both for the independence of Tibet and Taiwan. On February 28, it will be the fifty-first anniversary of 1947 2-28 massacre in Taiwan which more than 30,000 peace-loving Taiwanese were killed by China's army. As you know, March 10 is also Tibetan uprising anniversary, when usually Tibet-supporting groups in the world will urge their local governments to Fly a Flag for Tibet sponsored by your party. We believe same reason caused the suffering of Taiwanese and Tibetan. That is the peoples' right of self-determination has not be honored. We has began to connect some Tibetan groups in the North America regarding one-thousand-march. We would like to know whether your party will also hold the "Flag a Flag for Tibet" next year, and any other campaign. We would like to establish with you a more close cooperation relation in the future.
