Dear Professor Lee,

as you remember, at the end of August this year, I informed you about the working paper on the question of (non)communication in the European Union. This document was tabled by my MEP colleague and friend Gianfranco Dell'Alba to the Institutional Committee of the European Parliament in the beginning of September.

The translations in the various EU languages will be ready by the end of this month.

Having this document already available in esperanto, I'm very pleased to send it already to you.
