The Canada Tibet Committee has recently published a newsletter which outlines the satyagragha debate and lists the TRP email address as the focal point for non-Tibetan discussion... I hope this does not result in misunderstandings in your office.

In any case, I do regret that our newsletter includes information which is now incorrect. I hope it won't cause the TRP too much difficulty.
