I have considered your request for accreditation by our organisation to the UN Human Rights Committee, and I have no objection to grant it.

Obviously, considering that in this case you would be representing the Transnational Radical Party, we would like to co-operate in preparing the statement and, I'm sure, you will understand that I have to have a final regard on the version to be presented there.

In this respect we would like to point out the delicate nature of speaking about "Right to Self-determination". We fully understand your approach and your reasons for stressing it, but we are of the opinion that more suitable and efficient would be to emphasise the "Right to Self-Government".

Therefore I would like to ask you to consider these conditions, I believe you will understand them and I expect your proposal of the statement. Olga Cechurova remains obviously at your complete disposal for any further informations.
