Dear Mr. Dupuis,

Thank you very much for bringing this resolution on Nagaland to my attention. I will be following this with interest.

I hope you don't mind that I have forwarded the resolution text to others I know of who would be interested in it and who are certainly more versed in Nagaland's history than I am. You may have heard from some of them already.

I just wanted to say a special thank you to you, Mr. Dupuis and Mr. Habsburg-Lothringen for paying attention to Nagaland. This current state of India will always be close to my heart as it is my parent's homeland.

I sincerely hope this resolution will get tabled and something good will come of it.

I'm afraid I can't directly comment on the resolution as I am not knowledgeable enough in this area, but, considering the European Parliament's past attention to human rights, I trust you and the European Parliament have given it and will continue to give it the time and detail that Nagaland so desperately needs.
