Are you planning to continue your campaign encouraging town halls to fly the Tibetan Flag on March 10 in 1998?

If so, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can begin approaching councils here in Australia. Many councils do not meet between Christmas and the end of January, because it is our summer holidays, so we really need to start lobbying them in the next month if we are to have the maximum effect.
