Dear Mr. Dupuis:
It was a pleasure to meet you during the WGIP this July.
I do not know if you have heard, but the B/desh Government and the Jana Sanghati Samity (JSS) signed an agreeement early this week.
This is wonderful news, and I am very happy as this will hopefully lead the way to peace at long last.
I thank you for all your efforts. The challenge now is to ensure the implementation of this historic agreement.
