Subject: Spanish Justice

Having saw the announcement calling for the creation of an International Criminal Court, in which it seems that that organization figures as sponsor, I would wish to know if you were ready to help towards the project of setting up a Commission to examine in deep the situation of Human Rights compliance in Spain, severe and systematically violated by a Judiciary system fully corrupted, who sends objectors towards marginality and undefension. Institutional torture, both physical and psychological is developped against dissidents, hidden by strong official propaganda and fear of a society ruled by terror.

It would be necessary an Agreement towards Justice in Spain,tto make the Judiciary system fully compliant with the country internal proceeding (i.e., the Civil and Criminal Procedure Acts, the 1978 Spanish Constitution, the Rome Agreement (1950), the European Union Treaty, and the United Nations Covenants on Human Rights).

It should became with the help of Institutions really committed with Human Rights compliance in the real life, not only in the papers ansd declarations, and letting aside official propaganda and corporative interests from all who benefit from the actual state of things over here in such affairs, that does include even most Lawyers and Procurators.

Should you be ready to collaborate in this project, please let me know about it.
