Unfortunately in the list of signatures under appeal for moratorium 1998 posted in Conference Radical Party on January 4 (text 14741), there are lost 4 signatures of Russian MPs although they have been timely posted in the same conference yet on November 21 (text 14561). Meanwhile another one new signature has been posted today. Please pay attention.
