Some of our Radical members here call now to the Moscow office in order to know, what - at least approximately - is written in the letters in Italian language with membership cards for 1997, which are currently being received by Russian Radicals.

We in Moscow office of the Radical Party were surprized, because we didn't know before about such a mailing made from Rome.

Maybe it is a good idea: to change the routine procedure for sending the membership cards, which previously always have been mailed from the Moscow (and Kiev) offices. At least, people are pleasantly surprized to get a letter from Rome, from the main office of the party. The only problem remains: no one here knows Italian and we cannot help them, because we - working of their Moscow office of this Transnational Radical Party - had and have no idea about content of the envelops.

I would like to plea whom it may concern to send us (or to post in this conference, as it is supposed to be) at least the text of the letter sent from Rome to Russian Radicals: in order to let us translate it for poor people living so far away from Via di Torre Argentina...

And a more general question: for what cazzo of reason is existing our Moscow office of the Radical Party, if was decided to do even such a simple thing directly from Rome, paying double prise for postal expenses and putting dozens of Russian people in trouble with translation?..
