Subject: radical esperanto in Russia

Dear Olivier Dupuis,

we are Russian members of the Radical Party and ERA, who are aspirining to labor for Esperanto according to the sptirit principals of the Party. For make our activities more rezultful, we have created the national-scale association PREM (Peoples Russiam Esperanto-Movement). We attempted to estable co-operation among PREM and ERA (Rome), with any special convention.

But we had not recierved understanding from the secretary of ERA m-r Pagano, who in the fact not answering our letters. But we have some initiatives here in Moscow which are may be interesting for the Party in general. With that initiatives we recieved high understanding from the Moscow office of the Radical Party. The program of our common initiatives for this year is in the Moscow office.

That's why we are proposing to you direct contacts among the Party and PREM, without any mideators as ERA. It might be useful for realize the Esperanto-programs of the Party in Russia.

If you agree, we shall present you a project for the convention.
