Subject: EP resolution to appoint a special representative for Tibet
Dear Mr. Olivier Dupuis,
This is Oyunbilig from the Inner Mongolian People's Party. We have learned that the EP has adopted a urgent resolution which requests that "the Council and Commission nominate a special representative of the European Union for Tibet..." due to you and your Party's great effort.
In the light of the EP resolution on Inner Mongolia adopted last year, We sincerely hope you and your party along with your allies could initiate and pass a resolution to nominate a special representative for Inner Mongolia in the European Parliament.
As you know, the situation of Inner Mongolia is the worst among the minorities who are suffering from the Chinese Communist rule, but the Inner Mongolian issue has been often overshadowed by the human rights issue of the Chinese and the Tibetan issue. It is probably true that our voice is the weakest, but we hope that the international community should treat all people with equal dignity and care. Of course, on our part, we will work harder to make our cause sound and loud.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
Oyunbilig
