Dear Mr Oyunbilig,
first of all thank you for your message. In fact, in the first draft of the resolution my proposal was to have an hight rappresentative of the European Union for Tibet, East Turkestan and Southern Mongolia. Unfortunetly, under the pressure of other colleagues I was obliged to retire that proposal. I'm obviously still convinced that the situation in Southern Mongolia and East Turkestan have to be followed by the EU. Nethertheless I have to tell that the general situation concerning all initiatives on the Peoples Republic of China is becoming very difficult. As you certainly know the EU decided not to present or support any resolution this year in the UN Commission for Human Rights in Geneva. In the European Parliament and in the European Commission the pro-chinese lobby is becoming very strong. In any case I will begin to speak with some friends in the European Parliament. In that framework, it will be very useful for me to have a selection of the most significant and recent events in your country and, if pos
sible, also news about Mr Hada.
Other thing: we are presently working to lauch a big membership campaign for the transnational radical party. It would be, of course, of great importance for us if you and other activists of the Southern Mongolia cause decide to join the radical party. If you are interested to know more about the radical party, you can give a look on our webside: radicalparty.org
Will you go in Geneva for the UN Commission on Human Rights ?
All the best, Olivier Dupuis
