Paolo,
Hi!!, I am glad you remember me. I received your message one hour later and
you were not at Radical Party office in Rome. I also called the New York
office.
Paolo, it is very important to get in touch with you any time. At home my
phone number is 305-263-1471. I am going to Geneva on April 10th till 20th.
I am going with another member of Directorio Orlando Gutierrez, and we are
wondering the possibility to be in touch with the RP delegation in Geneva.
We are bringing very relevant information on the Cuban issue. We are also
invited to talk in a conference on April 16th that is been organized by
International Society for Human Rights and the Cuban Committee for Human
Rights. On the last yeers we have been working with many groups inside Cuba
and with the families of the political prissoners, and we have published a
book wtitten inside the Island by a political prissoners that is still in
prison. Well, we have to talk to give you more information.
Another important thing is this: untill two weeks ago we were tryng to get
credentials to enter in the main room of the UN Convention here in United
States thru some contacts we have here, however that has not been possible
because we are not a UN NGO organization. I wonder if may be thru the
Radical Party we could have credentials, we just want to give the materials
to the different delegations and to approach some members of the
delegations and parlamentaries to talk about the human rights situation in
Cuba.
I don't know if this last issue is very difficult for you, but in any case
we would like to know, and of course to have a meet with you during our
visit to Geneva.
Hoping to talk to you soon,
Best regards,
Janisset
