I have received an open letter to the Tibetan Government in exile addressed to "Mr. Prime Minister and the members of the Cabinet. No signature but simply states from the Radical Party, dated Brussels-Rome, April 29, 1998. Therefore, I am writing to you for some clarifications as this letter was written on your Party's letterhead. Before responding to this above stated letter, we would like to know wether the contents of this letter is your Party's official suggestions. For your information I am faxing back a copy of the said letter.
