Dear Sirs:

My name is John W. Perry. In August, 1997, I joined the Radical Party in Moscow.

Since this date, I have not received a membership card in the mail. My associate, Vladimir Azbel, tells me that this is due to some problems from Italy.

Please let me know via e-mail what the problem is and when I can expect to receive my Radical Party membership card. I have waited a very long time and I was promised that it would come in only a few weeks when I joined the party.

It is very unfair that I should have to wait for such a long time to receive something for which I paid. .

I do not have the e-mail address of the Radical Party in Moscow and I would appreciate it if you could e-mail to me their address and forward this note to them.

I await your prompt response.
