really good to hear about all these plans for Moscow participation in the 'Global Days'! Hat off for the Radical Party!

I will include the information. I have a question: we would like to see the Global Days officially declared 'opened' in a few places on Friday. Since you are staging a press conference on Friday, this would seem to be an ideal occasion for that.

We will be issuing a last round oif press releases Wednesday and Thursday; we would like to highlight the opening events then.

Please let me know if you think this is a good idea.
