As you are aware, at the IInd TSG Conference held in Bonn in 1996, the Friedrich Naumann Foundation has kindly consented to host an international TSG Conference in every three years. The next Conference is scheduled in 1998.

In discussion with the regional office, FNF, it has been decided to convene the first preparatory meeting for the 3rd TSG international Conference on August 24th and 25th in Dharamsala. To this proposed meeting, we have invited some TSG regional representatives as it is unfeasible to invite a large number of Representatives.

May we, therefore, request all of you to kindly send us suggestions, comments regarding the agenda, venue, date, etc. for the IIIrd TSG Conference.

All possible efforts will be made to try to incorporate on your suggestions and comments while planning the detailed arrangements for the conference. We look forward to receiving your feedback at the earliest.
