Dear Friends, I am the International Relations Project Officer at the Center of Culture and Education - a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization, aimed to stand up for the students' rights and provide them with scientific and cultural programmes, in collaboration with organizations and institutions from Bulgaria, as well as other countries throughout the world. We would like to help students and young people to get in touch with each other. Our organization tries with different programmes ( i.e. " Debates", " Civic Education" etc.) to promote the principles and the ethos of a democratic society and to disseminate and proliferate knowledge among young people.

From my contacts with the European Youth Commission, I heard about your organization. I was immediately interested to learn something more about your organization, its objectives and goals.
