Having been extremely happy to have been able to listen to the speeches of the UN conference in Rome, I have a very small request. I am currently conducting research on the power of the United States in international politics. Therefore, I have listened to the general statement of the US on this conference, and I have found it tremendously helpful. My problem is, I don't know who the voice belongs to, which I need to know for referencing purposes. Am I correct in assuming that it belongs to David Scheffer? Is that something you could help me with? I would be very grateful for any assistance you could provide in this

matter.
