Dear Mr.Dupuis,

First of all thank you very much for your hard work and tremendous

efforts that you have done until now in order to aware the International

Community and International public opinion about the situation in Kosova

and especially for the war crimes (for the third time in the Balkans in

the '90-s) where Milosevic is again the key responsible person for that.

So, Mr.Dupuis you can consider that also we the Students Independent

Union of the University of Prishtina (UPSUP) signed the petition for

indicting Milosevic by Hague Tribunal, and that you can count on UPSUP

however that you thing that we can be useful.
