Having seen the text of the Request regarding Milosevic, I must ask to withdraw my signature unless you they remove entirely the phrase connected with overthrow. Very seriously, I think that such phraseology has no place in a human rights petition or petition for international justice. I repeat, if the removal is not possible, please remove my signature. I should have asked to see text in the first place, for that omission I apologize.
