Dear Professor,

How are you? I read the bulletins about the events in Serbian universities which you send me, thank you very much. I also remember very warm our conversations in Starsburg as one of my best and human remembrances.

Now, when I read in Russian newspapers, that perhaps Belgrade could be bombed "just this night", I want to cry, thinking that YOU and your friends (and not the Bastard in governmental underground) may be a target for this bombings...

I hope, you received well the Russian text of the appeal "Belgrade regime has to be overthrown" with signatures of Russian citizens. I beg your pardon for such a big delay, but I hope that it still could be useful for you.

Today two new Russian MPs have signed the appeal: Konstantin Borovoj (independent) and Arkadij Jankovskij (Russian Regions).

On Friday we organize a manifestation in front of the State Duma under slogans "Stop Miloseciv With A Signature", "No To Bombings, Yes To Indictment Of Milosevic", "Defend Serbian Brothers Against National Communist Regime", "Freedom For Kosovo, Democracy For Serbia". I hope, that we would be able to obtain some press coverage thanks to the participation of at least a couple of MPs.
