You should remember professor Lev Timofeev, economist and writer. He was one of the first members of Radical Party in Soviet Union, participated in RP's Federal Council in Rome in 1989.

Now he wrote a book entitled "The Initial Theory Of The Illicit Drug Industry". The book has been published by the Russian State Humanitarian University. The English translation of the book should be ready this week, but I don't have it yet. Only the "Contents" of the book is availiable in English (it is posted in the next text here in the conference).

On Wednesday, November 25, Mr. Timofeev will arrive in Rome for his own purposes (lectures at a university, as I remember). He will stay in Rome till the 29th of November and he would like to meet in Torre Argentina during this days somebody responsible from Radical Party and/or CORA in order to discuss the possibility of publishing his book in Italian language in Italy. I gues, he will bring with him English text.

I don't know exactly to whom I must turn for this question (Danilo? Roberto?), that's why I post this message here in the conference. Please let know, whether such a meeting is possible.
