To whom it may concern:
I am a high school Senior student currently participating in many Model United Nations, including the 1999 THIMNUN. I would like to write a resolution on the Creation of an International Court of Human Rights. It would be very helpful if I could have your expert opinion on the following: do you think that this idea of creating an International Court of Human Rights is too idealistic, to premature, or even redundant in the light of the establishment of an International Criminal Court (ICC)? Would there be a difference between the two, or could we even begin to talk about expanding the ICC to fulfill the obligations of an International Court of Human Rights?
I would greatly appreciate any comments you might have on the subject, and thank you for your time.
