Excellency,

as I told you during your visit to the European Parliament last month, the Transnational Radical Party and No Peace Without Justice are organizing a worlwide campaign for a quick ratification process of the Statute of the International Criminal Court.

Today 78 states, included Macedonia, have already signed the Statute and one, Senegal, has also ratified. Other states, like Italy and Trinidad and Tobago, are achieving the process of ratification.

During the visit of the macedonian delegation to the European Parliament, I submitted that issue to my macedonian colleagues and, as far as I could understand, they were ready to do their best in their capacities to conclude as soon as possible that process.

But as you explained me when we met in Brussels, the process of ratification is based on a governmental project that have to be presented to the Parliament. Do you think this project could be presented soon ?
