I think it's a huge shame this site is totally reliant on javascript and frames. It limits severely the number of people who can view the information it contains and anyone with a disability, using a screen-reader for example has no access at all.

You are not reaching the numbers of people you could be reaching the load time alone will discourage casual visitors. Apart from anyone using a non frames or java compliant browser many people disable these functions even if the browser is compatible for security or other reasons.

As the site is information as opposed to entertainment orientated surely it should be designed to be accessible to as many visitors as possible regardless of the platform/hardware/software they choose to use.
