I agree that there is strong evidence that President Milosevic should be indicted for crimes against humanity and even genocide. However, you may want to consider asking people to sign for an "INVESTIGATION" first.

If you are in fact asking "just" peoples to sign an indictment first before an extensive and fair investigation - you aren't going to get anyone who is interested in justice - only vengence.

Why not ask for an "Investigation" into possible war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide. Don't ask for an indictment until it's all been investigated first.

Just a suggestion! If you want people on your side, that's the way to do it!
