Mr Prime Minister, dear Pandeli,

We received information from the Office of the Prosecutor in The Hague that they had not as yet received communications from the Government of Albania and/or the Albanian General Prosecutor regarding an offer of cooperation in interviewing witnesses coming out of Kosovo.

I think it could be usefull that The Albanian prosecutor contact directly the deputy Prosecutor in charge of the former Yugoslavia directly by telephone. His name is Graham Blewitt, his direct telephone number is +31-70-416-5338.

Let's hope that this tragedy can be stoped very soon, that NATO will be convince to intervene on the ground.
