We inform you, that on the November 11-12, 1999, in Tbilisi will hold the 1st Annual Conference of the International Association "CAUCASUS: Ethnic Relations, Human Rights, Geopolitics" (IACERHRG).

Main themes of the Conference are:

1) Activities of IACERHRG;

2) Human Rights and Ethnic Relations in the Caucasus;

3) History of the Human Rights movement in the Soviet Caucasus (1921-1991);

4) Problems of the Caucasian Geopolitics;

5) Caucasus: Human Rights and Education;

6) Political Prisoners and Refugees in the Caucasus;

7) Rights of Nations (the discussion round table).

Deadline for registration: October 1, 1999.

Registration fee:

for members of IACERHRG or Member Organizations of IACERHRG - 50 USD;

for non-members - 80 USD.

Deadline for abstracts: October 15, 1999.
