Thaks for indicting Milosevic, but I will be very happy when I could see Solana, Clinton, D'Alema et al. joining him in the same jail. You the radicals have a biased ethics; you're against death penalty, but you were one of the forces that promoted the NATO bombing on Yugoslavia. I can just gess where TRP, Greenpeace et al. were when NATO were destroying European ecology. All you europoliticians couldn't see at the right time that all this performance has been just a show to put the Euro under American control. Now Clinton gained from the bombings, and you the europrotectorates of the USA (Yes! EU is de-facto just a protectorate... Why, I ask you, why you needed to introduce US forces to fix the _European_ Kosovo humanitarian catastrophe??? Aren't you able to decide what to do without asking Mr. Uncle Sam for permission/help/blessing?
