Dear Colleague,

As you know, I have tabled together with the other radical MEPs a proposal for a modification of the EP Rules of Procedure calling for the creation of a mixte group in order to put an end to the discriminations against the non attached MEPs, that are today literally second class MEPs.

This issue should be shortly handled by the Committee for Constitutional Affairs. If you also think that our Parliament must solve this question as soon as possible by modifying its Rules, I hereby invite you to undersign the proposal of amendment that you find attached.
