With reference to your letter, dated July 27, 1999 concerning the information about the ratification process of the Statute of the International Criminal Court in the Republic of Lithuania, I am pleased to inform you that according to the Action Program of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania for the period 1999-2000, the Republic of Lithuania should ratify it in the IV quarter of the year 2000.
