Action de soutien à la démocratie en Birmanie, pour le gel des activités (demandé dans le rapport de la mission parlementaire sur les compagnies pétrolières) et le lancement d'un appel à la consommation responsable des produits de TOTALFINA-ELF. En présence d'exilés de l'opposition birmane, des associations européennes de soutien à la démocratie en Birmanie et du Groupe TARACE BOULBA (animation musicale pour un pic-nic animé).

European demonstration in Paris, in front of the stockexchange market Friday, november 5th from 12am to 14pm. This meeting will be a strong announcement of a european campaign of responsible consuming of TOTALFINA-ELF products. Also, this european gathering will ask TOTALFINA to freeze their activities in Burma and to stop payment to the military junta. At least, it will be a good platform of promoting the french MP's report on oil corporations in which they recognize the using of forced labour and ask them an alternative policy now to change their image.
