My name is Ion Vaciu and I'm the president of "Mobile Communic@tions Magazine" based on Bucharest Romania. This monthly magazine, 10.000 circulation, cover all Romania and it is the biggest information source in Internet &Communication for our country. I think that we want meet four or five years ago in Prague, where I visited a Radical Party headquarter together with my friend Sever Avram. Some times ago also in Romania your organizations edited a Radical Party Journal in Romanian. But unfortunattely I lost your activity aprox. in 1993. I read a lot about your activity, I see and write about your projects and I know that you have intention to promote your initiative also in my country.. My intention is to implement e-learning solution in my country. I'm not alone, I have 2 organizations who work in ISP and I have also 150 young students. Also I'm the president of Internet Society Romania / ong focalized in education on Internet. For us is very important to connect a very interested organizations who need t

o invest informations in Eastern Europe, because this area are a very large economic potential.
