The trial of Neverovskij has been proceeded today in Obninsk. A team of Radicals from Moscow were presented there. The decision of the court is following:

1) the case to redirect backwards to the prosecutor's office for preparation of a new indictment, since this one has been prepared very badly!

2) Neverovskij must remain in prison during the new investigation;

3) should be fulfilled the psychiatric expertise on Neverovskij.

All what is happening with Neverovskij is unprecedented. Obviously, authorities decided to use his case as a demonstrative one. Now it's necessary to realize what kind of initiatives for his liberation we could undertake in the next days.
