Esteemed Mr. Rogov,

On May 14, the NGO section brought to the attention of our New York office a letter you sent to the President of the Committee on NGOs in which you were lodging a complaint on the Transnational Radical Party participation in the 56th UN Commission on Human Rights and on the nature of TRP's drug-related activities.

On May 25, Madame Mezoui asked TRP to provide a written response by June 9 to the questions you posed in your communication to the Committee. With this I should like to inform you that our lawyer is already working on a document to be submitted to the NGO Section by the above-mentioned deadline.

While I recognize that TRP must present an explanation in writing to the issues you raised, I am pleased to request an in-person meeting with you, or a member of your delegation, to preliminary discuss in details our participation in the works of the Geneva Commission.
