6May 2000 y. in Kyrgyzstan in the city Bishkek took

place a meeting of initiating group. On this meeting

was confirmed statutes and programme, and also decided

to register Radical Party in the Ministry of Justice

in Republic Kyrgyzstan. Our programme consists the

next points:

1 Abolition of capital punishment

2 European feudalism.

3 International language esperanto.

We are waiting your message with moral and financial

support for register R. P. and activity of party.
