Dear Baroness,

As I told you during the last session in Strasbourg, the members of the Intergroup on Tibet would like to put on the agenda of the urgencies debate of the next plenary session the question of the Status of Tibet.

At the moment it seems that the EPP group, the Greens, the UEN, the EDD and the TDI are willing to table the same text. As far as I know the Socialists will table a text but a different one.

Your group having a long tradition in supporting the Tibetan issue, I would be very pleased to know if you think the ELDR will be supportive to the present initiative tabling the same or a similar text for the July session ?
